Web outsourcing for companies in Uzbekistan

Web outsourcing means handing your website work — building, running and integrating it — to an outside team instead of hiring in house. Jar Agency in Tashkent takes on landing pages, corporate sites, online stores, apps and integrations. Pricing is quoted per project, because scope, not a rate card, decides the number.

What web outsourcing actually covers

Outsourcing the web is not one service. It is three separate jobs that companies usually bundle: building something new, keeping what already exists alive, and connecting the site to the rest of the business.

The first job is delivery — a landing page, a corporate site, a store, a web or mobile application. It has a start and an end, a defined scope and a handover.

The second is support: fixes, content updates, new sections, security and hosting questions. It never ends, so it is paid and planned differently from a build.

The third is integration and analytics — CRM, payment providers, delivery services, Telegram bots, event tracking. This is where most in-house teams in Uzbekistan run out of hands first.

When it makes sense to move web work outside

The usual trigger is simple arithmetic. A company needs a developer, a designer, a QA person and someone to keep servers running, but has work for maybe a third of each of them.

The second trigger is a single point of failure. One developer built everything, holds all the passwords, and the business stops when that person is on holiday or leaves.

The third is speed. A marketing campaign needs a landing page this week, and the internal backlog is booked for two months. An outside team can start on a separate track without disturbing that backlog.

Engagement models: project, retainer, dedicated capacity

A fixed project works when the goal is clear: this site, these pages, these integrations, this deadline. You know what you get and what you pay before the work starts.

A retainer suits ongoing life after launch. You reserve a monthly volume of work, and the team handles whatever comes up — fixes, new pages, campaign landings, tracking changes.

Dedicated capacity means we act as your web department: a recurring schedule, planning together with your marketing team, and one point of contact instead of a chat with five freelancers.

How a handover is prepared

Before anything is written, the accesses are collected: domain registrar, hosting or server, DNS, current admin panel, analytics accounts, ad accounts if tracking is involved.

If a previous contractor is still holding those accesses, get them back first. In Uzbekistan it is common to find a domain registered on a former agency's personal account — that is a business risk, not a technical detail.

We also ask for what exists already: current site, brand files, product lists, price rules, texts in Russian and Uzbek. The more of that is ready, the shorter the build phase.

What it costs and why the number is per project

Sites and development at Jar Agency are quoted per project. A one-page campaign site and a store with a CRM and payment integration share almost nothing except the word website, so a single price would be dishonest for one side and impossible for the other.

What moves the estimate: number of unique page templates, whether design is drawn from scratch or adapted, how many languages the site carries, and how many external systems it must talk to.

Budgets in Tashkent are usually discussed in dollars and paid in sums at the current rate. Recurring costs — domain, hosting, paid services — sit outside the build estimate and belong to the client's accounts.

Keeping ownership: code, accounts, documentation

Outsourcing should reduce dependency, not create a new one. The domain and hosting are registered on the client's own accounts. Design source files are handed over. The site can be moved to another team without rebuilding it.

Ask about this in the first conversation, not at the end of the project. A contractor who avoids the question of where the code and accounts live is telling you something useful early.

We also write down what was done and how it is deployed, so that whoever touches the project next — us, your future hire, or another agency — does not start from guesswork.

Local realities that shape web work here

Most traffic in Uzbekistan is mobile, often on uneven connections. A heavy desktop-first design that looks impressive in a presentation can lose people before the first screen loads.

Audiences read in Russian and Uzbek, and increasingly expect both on the same site. That doubles the content work, so it should be in the scope from the start rather than added later.

Instagram and Telegram carry a large share of demand. A site here is frequently the second step after a social profile, which changes what the first screen has to prove.

How we run outsourced web projects

Jar Agency is a full-cycle team in Tashkent, so the site is not detached from the rest of the marketing. Design, video, targeted ads, SMM and SEO sit in the same office as development.

That matters when the site exists to receive traffic. We have built for LoadMe, an application for carriers with 7 946 app users, for MSC in B2B medical equipment and Leader Audit in audit services, both of which collect requests through lead forms, and for the logistics company Yoldosh.

We do not promise a number of leads or a position in search before a project is tested. What we do commit to is a defined scope, a written estimate, and accesses that stay yours.

Частые вопросы

Is outsourcing cheaper than hiring an in-house developer?+

It depends on volume. If web work is constant and large, an in-house team eventually wins. If it comes in waves — a campaign site, a fix, an integration — you pay only for the work done instead of carrying salaries, equipment and downtime between tasks.

Can you take over a site somebody else built?+

Usually yes. We first review the existing code, hosting and admin panel, then say honestly whether it is reasonable to continue with it or cheaper to rebuild. Access to the domain, server and current repository is required before any estimate.

How much does web outsourcing cost at Jar Agency?+

Sites and development are priced per project, because scope varies enormously. After a short brief and a call we send a written estimate with the scope listed. Other services have entry points — targeted ads, SMM, video and SEO start from $500.

Who owns the site and the accounts?+

The client. The domain and hosting are registered on your accounts, design sources are handed over, and the project is documented so another team could pick it up. Outsourcing should not turn into a lock-in.

Do you work with companies outside Tashkent?+

Yes. Most of the process runs through calls, Telegram and shared documents, so location is rarely a constraint. On-site work matters mainly for filming, and that is planned separately when video is part of the scope.
